Officer/ Executive[customer care & after sales service]
Job Description:
· Customer service and after sales service follow up
· Speaking with clients/customer over the phone and online
· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
· Understanding client needs and objectives
· Addressing enquiries and resolving concerns efficiently and proactively
· Processing client/customer orders or complaints
· Building client/customer relationships
· Documenting calls and filing written reports
· Reporting to a group manager/head of department and working with the team to achieve targets
· Follow up cases : able to update and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Job Requirements:
· Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in business, customer service, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred
· Proven customer support experience
· Teamwork
· Malaysian citizen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1.00 per month
