  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description :

  • Location: Iskandar Puteri , Johor Bahru
  • Working hours : Mon-Fri, Alt Sat (Weekly rotate shift)
  • 1)7am~3.30pm
  • 2) 3pm~11.30pm (shift allowance RM15)
  • 3) 11pm~7.30pm (shift allowance RM30)
  • Aircond environment
  • Long standing job
  • Quarterly bonus after 3 months with good attendance & performance
  • Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS
  • Min. SPM with working experience in production / fresh grad in related Diploma or Degree are welcome
  • With own transportation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform lacquering, cementing, de-cementing, and cleaning of optics
  • Perform CNC Process setup for first articles and current parts
  • Perform CNC Machine Tramming (Alignment) and basic troubleshooting
  • Perform Tool Dressing and Turning of Grinding Cutter
  • Perform in-process checking of Radius, PV, RMS values etc.
  • Perform grinding and polishing machine setup for new Production Orders, including tool dressing.
  • Perform 2D measurements (e.g. Form Talysurf) and apply to Satisloh grinding and polishing CNC machines to improve the final form error
  • Perform intermediate-level machine and process troubleshooting
  • Perform CNC Grinding, Polishing, and Centering machine operation
  • Maintain tooling, metrology equipment, and machinery in optimum condition
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance TPM
  • Perform duties within the cleanliness standards of the workplace (6S)
  • Maintain safety guidelines of the workplace
  • Comply with company regulations

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing or other related engineering discipline and/or more than 2 years of experience in a CNC department
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Advanced communication skills in oral and written English
  • Familiar with Excel and data collection

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
