Salary Range : Up to RM 8,000 (salary remuneration is based on qualification, working experiences and etc.)

Working Location : 8trium, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Scope

  • Prospect and generate leads through social media, research, email, networking and other effective ways.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, research and presentation to clients with effective follow ups.
  • Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals.
  • Prepare quotation, contracts and agreements and negotiate with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as project management team, creative team and developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Travel to meet with clients in person as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has own transport and willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
