PROJECT COORDINATOR - Product Certification and Negotiation skill
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about the tiny house movement and skilled in project coordination? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire product certification process, ensuring our tiny homes meet all standards and regulations. You'll also manage key relationships with factories, engineers, and certification bodies, and handle procurement activities. If you have a background in architecture, can read blueprints, and are fluent in both English and Mandarin, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Product Certification Process:
- Lead and manage the entire product certification process from start to finish.
- Ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with factories, engineers, certification bodies, and other stakeholders.
Factory Coordination:
- Coordinate all tasks and communications with the factory to ensure smooth operations.
Procurement Coordination:
- Oversee procurement activities to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Blueprint Reading:
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings with precision.
- Ensure that all designs and specifications are strictly followed during the certification and production processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Experience with product certification processes and standards is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural blueprints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
