EXECUTIVE, ADMIN & HR Roles & Responsibilities A. General Administration: 1. Responsible in maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and office equipment/assets and update on licenses and services renewal. 2. Manage office purchases & office supplies for example pantry and stationery supplies. 3. Liaise with the building management and other maintenance vendors. 4. To assist in handling daily general administrative duties of the company and any other ad-hoc assignments to be assigned as and when required. 5. Performs other tasks as directed by Manager, Human Resources & Administration and Chief Executive Officer. B. Human Resource Management: 1. Responsible to provide full spectrum of Human Resources function which includes manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development and employee welfare administration. 2. To support end-to-end recruitment initiatives through multiple recruitment channels, screening, shortlisting, conducting pre-screening interviews and assessments, conduct reference checks, follow up on offer and acceptance and coordinate on boarding. 3. To work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements. 4. To assist and maintain in enhances the organisation human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices to align with the business objectives. 5. To be involved in build and foster a culture of employee engagement that is consistent with the Company’s culture and values. 6. Responsible to update personal records into HR system and timely maintenance of personal files and record and ensure accuracy of data to support HR functions and maintain all the data/documents to the highest levels of accuracy and confidential. 7. Generate analysis and complete monthly reporting as required by Head of HR accurately and timely. 8. To be involved with Head of Department to identify competency gaps of employees and build effective leaning and development initiatives. 9. To ensure that training needs for staff are identified, collated and training and development initiatives are implemented as planned with proper follow up to track progress. 10. To assist for prepare yearly Training Needs Analysis and coordinates with internal and external training programs. 11. Performs other tasks as directed by Manager, Human Resources & Administration and Chief Executive Officer. Job Requirements A. Education: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or its equivalent. B. Knowledge of: • Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act & Statutory requirements. • Computer literary in Microsoft Applications and HR system. C. Ability to: • Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities. • Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion. • Manage time and resources well and demonstrates good organizational abilities. • Work under pressure when required and be available to work overtime when the role and responsibilities require it. • Committed, motivated and able to achieve tasks in required time frame • Positive attitude • Continuously pursues to improve skills through on the job or external training • Able to prioritize important matters and act on them accordingly Strong interpersonal skills. D. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the incumbent with the knowledge, skills and ability required to successfully perform the job will be considered. • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
