1. Cost Control
• Establish acceptable, reasonable pricing standard for every item of purchase.
• Ensure purchase request did not exceed approved budget by each division.

2. Product Purchasing
• Ensure product purchase meets end users’ requested specifications
• Ensure product delivered in timely manner
• Ensure all documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Procurement has been adhered
• Ensure purchase product that offers lowest reasonable price compared to their quality

3. Communication with Supplier
• Maintain Professional relationship with supplier
• Able to negotiate each purchase to be beneficial to both Supplier and the company
• Always offers interested qualified supplier for each purchase.

4. Additional duties as directed by supervisor. Direct report to Executive (Procurement & Purchasing)
