  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, develop BBPs/BBDs FS, test scenarios, conduct trainings, FUT and provide defect management support.
Design core / customized business process solutions as per best business practices for ISU
Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders.
Own the delivery process end-to-end from origin to implementation & support.

Role Description:

Experience of 5 to 11 years in SAP ISU CE modules with implementation experience
Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)
Should possess SAP knowledge for preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.
Understands configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP such as Billing, FICA, Device management.
Defines test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle, and integration tests.
Experience in S/4 HANA Customer Engagement
Preferred experience in CRM processes such as:
Experience in IC (Interaction Center) web client
Skilled in moves processes.
Experienced in service order, service notification and SAP CRM Service Request Management
Configuration of MDTs (Master Data Templates)
Experience in Contract Management
Understanding of One Order framework
Experience in web services, SOA Manager, and other integration tools
Strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills.
