Front Office Executive/Service & Operation Assistant (Full Time)

1. Greet and receive customers as well as visitors when they enter the building.

2. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

3. Lead customers to appropriate locations or assist them with their needs.

4. Answer phones and prepare reports as necessary.

5. Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. SPM Leaver, Diploma or Degree in any field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

3. Able to speak Mandarin and English.
