DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

• Collaborate with the Group CPO to review, streamline, and enhance operational processes across different regions.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Track progress against strategic goals and provide regular updates to the Group CPO and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are tailored to local contexts while maintaining alignment with global objectives.
• Act as a liaison between regional teams and the Group CPO, ensuring that regional insights and challenges are communicated effectively.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Travel frequently to different regional offices or locations as required for meeting and project support.
• Provide on-site support for the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data analysis.
• Strong written communication skills for creating detailed reports and strategic plans.
• Open to frequent travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
• Experience in global operations, strategic planning, or international project management.
