Eber is a Loyalty Marketing Software where we help businesses to run Loyalty and Rewards programs. We work with brands like Secret Recipe, Zen & Co, and Holiday Villa Hotels. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing and connected team.
We are looking for an experienced InfoSec AWS Cloud engineer who wants to laser focus on building and growing a Loyalty SaaS solution internationally. You will be greatly involved with our small team of product personnel and developers. Ensure high-quality delivery of our SaaS product. Contribute ideas to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- AWS Infra
- Experienced in managing AWS platforms including EC2, S3, and RDS databases.
- Proficient in optimizing AWS services for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and implementing AWS security best practices to safeguard data.
- Creating and maintaining infrastructure health monitoring tools, including service uptime, log, and cloud service cost.
- InfoSec
- Establishing and overseeing security measures to safeguard company data and systems, including routine risk assessments and threat prevention.
- Infrastructure Management
- Working with the internal developers team to ensure high-quality of SaaS delivery through multi-cloud deployments. Ensure Eber meets its SLA.
- Participating in project meetings with the internal team and customers.
- Creating/maintaining technical documentation, guides, and tools.
- Maintain a secure infrastructure with knowledge of security guidelines, tools and tests.
- Maintain an infrastructure complying with ISO and SOC2 requirements.
- Knowledge of working with CI/CD tools is an added benefit.
Development Experience:
- Experience with PostgreSQL server
- Experience in an agile development team
- Experience with CI/CD tools e.g., TeamCity, Octopus, Azure DevOps
- Experience in AWS, ideally Azure
- Knowledge of monitoring tools
You Are Required To:
- Have minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role
- Have experience in a DevSecOps-related role
- Have experience with SaaS development
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and culture.
- Ideally knowing English and basic Vietnamese.
- This is a hybrid WFH and WHO role.
