Qualifications & experience

  • Required to must have SPM and will be good if have diploma or certification in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Sales (IF ANY).
  • Profiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) experience and have basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop for content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for social media content creation, responding to inquiries, and communicating with internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and how to support sales teams in lead generation and client management and familiarity with customer service and sales techniques (e.g., responding to inquiries, following up on leads, or assisting with sales campaigns).
  • Admin- Proficiency in managing documentation, reports, and data entry with high attention to detail.
  • Admin- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and time management were key.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and post content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Design simple graphics or work with designers to create visual content and write compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and promotions
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely manner and Engage with followers to build brand loyalty and community engagement
  • Handle inquiries from potential and current customers about services
  • For admin- Assist in preparing sales invoices, following up on payments, and ensuring proper documentation for sales transactions & liaise with the finance department to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
