What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the expert! Learn about our products and services to provide accurate and timely info that helps our customers.
  • Build and maintain great relationships by collecting feedback and ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients.
  • Keep an eye on community feedback, messages, and complaints, and respond in a way that’s quick and helpful.
  • Stay organized by maintaining records, documents, and handling any additional tasks from the company.

What You Need to Join Us:

  • Minimum SPM or higher (we value all education backgrounds!).
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin—our clients come from all over the world!
  • Able to read, write, and communicate confidently in English and Mandarin.
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more (the faster, the better!).
  • Quick learner with solid communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office—basic knowledge will do!
