• Develop and execute the overall design strategy for data centre projects.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire engineers and designers, fostering continuous skill improvement and performance.

• Plan and manage the design of data centre projects, including determining design schemes and organizing the design process.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of overseas data centre projects, formulating design plans to optimize costs and improve quality.
• Coordinate the promotion and continuous optimization of design tasks and resolve on-site issues.
• Organize design disclosures and reviews, managing design changes based on project experiences.
• Participate in factory inspections, commissioning, and testing of systems or equipment, ensuring technical coordination throughout construction.
• Facilitate communication among design consultants, owners, government departments, suppliers, and contractors.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field; familiarity with green data centre standards and specifications.
• Over 2 years of experience as a Design Manager, with experience in Malaysia, Singapore, or similar markets; data centre design experience preferred.
• Proven experience completing full cycles of data centre projects.
• Familiarity with Malaysia's construction procedures, local laws, and relevant design standards.
• Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
