Fraud Review Officer

Job Descriptions : 1) Handling all customers is subject to the KYC process via Live Chat and email. 2) Review and accept/reject KYC documents uploaded by the customer in accordance with company policy. 3) Review and verify if any relevant risk factor in documents provided by the customer. 4) Monitor accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities using various research methods. 5) Reviewing all pending orders to minimize fraudulent transaction before delivery. 6) Studying and learning about dispute, chargeback, open and escalated fraud cases. 7) Escalate all necessary issues to management in a timely manner. Job Requirements : 1) Possess at least SPM/STPM certificate. 2) Proficient in English & Mandarin. 3) Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 4) Able to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner both orally and writing. 5) Able to multi-tasking and process large volumes of data. 6) Critical thinking, logic and detail-orientation. 7) An independent attitude to resolve problems. 8) High curiosity. 9) Able to maintain confidentiality.
