Admin Cum Payroll Executive

1) Oversee Administration Departments. 2) Handle students complains and customer service 3) Good telephone etiquette, and meeting and greeting visitors 4) In-charge of petty cash matter. 5) Preparing student docket & updating the student docket data. 6) Update student data and student CLC. 7) Update daily cash in and cash out record. 8) Assist in daily operation needs & front office activities 9) Assist in event preparation activities (arranging cleaning, security, part timers, transport and so on) 10) Apply & follow up with event license & advertising applications 11) Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management & able to meet deadlines 12) Issuing invoices & monitor received payments 13) Maintain good filing system and retrieval of records 14) Active to follow up on assigned tasks and good eye for detail 15) Handle full spectrum of payroll processing for the centre 16) Perform payroll verification and processing timely and accurately 17) Check and Monitor employees’ time attendance records 18) Prepare monthly headcount and payroll report with analysis 19) Arrange monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF and other salary deduction payments to regulatory bodies before due dates 20) Preparation of companies annual Form E and Form EA 21) Ensure that confidentiality of payroll data is safeguarded 22) Provide support in other area of Human Resources and assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when required
