B2B Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Meet prospects, present and promote the company's product to Customers Work with existing customers, provide good services & build good relationships Identify new leads and gather the necessary information for submissions; Establish new accounts and business opportunity Achieve the sales target provided by the company In charge of payment collection from the customers Prepare monthly management reports, business plans and others such as sales activities reports, market analysis reports, etc Cover whole Malaysia market Other ad hoc duty will be assigned Requirements STPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree. Minimum 2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations; Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature; Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience in account management and customer proposals in sales, marketing, business development. Have knowledge about shipping procedure and shipping documents. Good understanding in Oil Palm industry and Biomass business will be advantage!
