Production Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Carry out regular (weekly/ monthly) stock take on raw materials and finish goods, update and investigate for any significant variance. 2. To supervise and manage production operations activities in ensuring productive use of manpower, process and equipment. 3. Lead and manage production team for optimization of resources and maximum productivity. 4. Assist the Fabrication Manager in maintaining & troubleshooting the daily production process and product quality deficiency. 5. Ensure good housekeeping & proper handling, storage and preservation of the product at all related areas. 6. Manage daily production; ensure production targets are achieved according to company safety and quality requirements. 7. To emphasize the implementation of 5s and ISO requirement at Production. 8. To monitor and conduct the surveillance the effectiveness of the HSE system at the work place. 9. To supervise the implementation of HSE system at the work place and correct the workers in any violent of the HSE rule and procedure 10. Any other assignments given by the HOD & top management. REQUIREMENTS 1. Degree and computer literate. 2. Minimum 3years' experience in related field. 3. Able to work independently and self-motivated.
