  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Essential Function: 1. To review the SMT & Back End Flow and cycle time. 2. Train, coach and monitor operators’ performance when needed. 3. Able to operate the machine solely to meet quantity and quality. 4. Understand equipment operations at advance level. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure 5S and safety regulations are followed & maintained. 2. Coordinate day-to-day activities in production line. 3. Ensure timely corrective action for machine break down. 4. Ensure proper labelling on the line. 5. Ensure all the operators meet their output and quality as per target given. 6. Ensure all equipment are calibrated before use. 7. To solve operators issue time to time (counselling, absenteeism, discipline). 8. To do training to operators and update attendance list. 9. Implement and maintain rules and regulation at their own department. 10. Ensure all the documents fill up and filing properly. 11. Responsible to take lead on stock count and equipment controlling. 12. Provide leadership and assistance in manufacturing function. 13. Ensure manpower and machine fully utilized. 14. Liaise with Engineering on problem solving. 15. Follow up MC issues. 16. Do production planning. 17. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: 1. At least 2 years experiences of production supervisor in manufacturing field. 2. Possess strong leadership personality, able to train and motivate employees, problem solving and critical thinking skills. 3. Can work independently with strong positive and continuous improvement working attitude. 4. Able to work in rotating shift, 12 hours shift pattern. 5. Have basic knowledge of computer skills such as Microsoft Office. 6. Work location: Bayan Lepas, Penang.
