Job Description:

Conveyancing matters e .g Developer, Second Hand House, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, Auction, Loan Documentations, Litigation and Consent.

Qualifications and Requirements:

a) At least 1 to 3 years experiences in conveyancing matters e .g Developer, Second Hand House, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, Auction, Loan Documentations, Litigation and Consent.

b) Able to draft the sale and purchase agreement for the purchaser and/or the vendor.

c) Able to prepare, attend, and monitor the sale and purchase agreement files and/or the loan files from the beginning until the completion with minimum supervision.

d) Have good working attitude, willing to learn, willing share knowledges and take on all tasks assigned.

e) Able to complete any task/file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty.

f) Able to work independently and in a team.

g) Must be customer oriented and able to give best service to all clients.

h) Able to liaise and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients, bank officers and property agents.

i) Have good computer and typing skills.

j) Must be responsible and accountable to all work done.
