SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR

1. Implement the SHE policies, procedures, instruction and rules and regulations. 2. Ensure the safe work condition in maintained throughout the project duration. 3. Train, monitor and closely supervise all the workers towards minimize SHE risk during commencing activities at work site. 4. Conduct training such as tool box briefing and safety awareness to all the workers. 5. Report any accident or any dangerous occurence involving personnel or plant & equipment to his / her immediate superior. 6. Conduct regular safety inspection and identify unsafe act or unsafe condition that may lead to any dangerous occurence and to ensure the safety system in compliance with the SHE legal and project requirements. 7. Assessing hazard potential for all the activities under their control, record the result of the assessment and devising appropriate preventives measure accordingly. 8. Supervise and ensure all subcontractors carry out the work according SHE procedures, instruction and requirements. 9. Monitor and check the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive action for any noncompliance. 10. To chase operation and ensure immediate action is taken if there is high risk on safety of the workers and on oder to prevent unsafe working practice, 11. Responsible for driving the direction of the organization by demonstrating commitment in planning and managing the company with an emphasis on Safety, Health, & Environment requirements.
