M&E COORDINATOR CONSTRUCTION

1. Full time on site coordination and supervision of all M&E trades. 2. To ensure M&E works are carried out accordance to approved plan, specification & schedule and to check quality of workmanship. 3. To monitor work progress of all M&E subcontractors. 4. To check all M&E drawings for discrepancies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site. 5. To coordinates with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and others on all M&E matters. 6. To organize site inspection, testing and commissioning for all M&E related works. 7. To conduct M&E coordination meeting. 8. To attend site meetings and assist in project documentations and reporting. 9. To handle progress claim for the work carried out. 10. To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior/Management as and when required.
