Job Description

1. Responsible for coordinating SAP, software, IT tools & equipment setup, software update, troubleshooting and provide training to the end users in LOM.

2. Responsible for ensuring compliance to all quality systems, safety, health, and environment procedures.

3. Responsible for ensuring all required reports such as KPI reports from External Logistics Service Providers are prepared and updated on a regular basis.

4. Coordinate with Planners for ordering process and deliveries for raw materials with Min-Max system application in SAP.

5. Monitor KPI reports and ensuring all KPI’s are in line with company targets and goals & updating PDCA, target chart for logistics projects in Receiving, Warehouse and re-layout.

6. Coordinate workshops and conducting training for new improvement processes in SAP, Projects or new systems.

7. Provide support to Receiving, Warehouse and FASM teams.

8. Coordinating External Warehouse activities inclusive of Spot checks on Inventory.

10. FMEA moderator for Receiving and Warehouse.

11. Support SAP Key User for WM module.

12. Liaise with respective parties to work on new process setup and process improvement in SAP.

13. Project leader for system CIP for receiving and warehouse.

14. Operational equipment purchases coordinator.

15. Brainstorming in trouble shooting and investigation of LOM

16. RFID & RPA project support/coordinator for LOM.

17. Other additional tasks as per superior instructions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics and Management study with at least 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge in Project/ Quality and Strategy management.
  • Ability to motivate others, Decision-making strength, Resource management, Flexibility, Team work, Good corresponding skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
