Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia's Employment Act 1955 and other statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) as the role required to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on multi-tasking and execution.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Create a Recruitment Plan: Determine where and how you will source candidates. This might include posting on job boards, using social media, working with recruitment agencies, or leveraging employee referrals. 制定招聘计划:确定候选人的来源和方式。这可能包括在招聘网站上发布职位、使用社交媒体、与招聘机构合作或利用员工推荐。

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication, employee engagement, and a strong organizational culture.
