Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement technical training programs for employees at various skill levels (from entry-level to advanced).
- Conduct training on equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Train staff on safety protocols, including ISO, HACCP, GMP, and OSHA standards relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Develop hands-on training workshops for machine operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
- Assess training needs by evaluating existing operations, identifying gaps, and working with department heads to customize training plans.
- Maintain training documentation, including manuals, instructional materials, assessments, and training records.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and support to new employees during onboarding and skills development.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, machinery, and best practices relevant to the manufacturing and production industry.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and legal requirements during training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Industrial Engineering teams to incorporate technical requirements and quality control procedures into training modules.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in technical training, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety standards.
- Certified in ISO, HACCP, GMP, or other relevant compliance programs (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for a diverse workforce.
- Hands-on experience with technical equipment and tools used in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in developing instructional materials, such as manuals, slide decks, and assessments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
