We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining and improving machine performance, ensuring optimal overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and leading the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in final test operations, and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Maintenance & Performance Optimization:
    • Ensure the efficient operation and performance of machines to meet production goals.
    • Regularly maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend machine life.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage the Maintenance Team, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
    • Oversee team activities, from routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously improve machine setup and conversion methods to enhance productivity.
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and execute upgrades where applicable.
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing unplanned machine downtime.
    • Ensure quick, effective troubleshooting and implement solutions for recurring problems.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Interaction:
    • Manage customer requirements and expectations, ensuring smooth communication and technical support.
    • Address and resolve customer issues with machine performance or operation.

    • Candidate Criteria:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor final test processes, with particular expertise in test handlers.

    Specialized Skills:

    • Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting MUL99xx Handlers.
    • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex equipment issues independently.
    • Strong ability to manage customer requirements effectively and ensure satisfaction.

    Additional Attributes:

    • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
    • Capable of working with minimal supervision and making independent decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
