  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Provide consultation, advisory and recommendation service to help customers discover the perfect products for their needs.
  • Perform aromatherapy & simple massage therapy for customer while promoting products.
  • Approaching customers and making appointments with customers.
  • Build customer relations through follow-up appointments.
  • Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
  • Keep up to date with new ranges of products and product promotions.
  • Maintains ambiance of the retail outlet, ensure the tidiness of the stock shelves and organise sales areas.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

  • Working at Arcoris Mont Kiara.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • 6 working days per week (rest day on weekday).
  • Experience in sales, preferably in beauty, spa and aromatherapy industry.
  • Good attitude with presentable, well-groomed and good interpersonal skills.
  • Self confidence and courtesy.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Managing appearance related stress of clients and resolving problems.
  • Computer literacy on basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and POS System will be an added advantage.
  • Malaysian Female only as required to assist female customers.


Salary Range + Allowance with commission : RM2,500.00 - RM 3,500.00

Training, Sales Commission and Statutory will be provided.
