Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all sales and credit administration functions per the terms and conditions of the Sale Purchase Agreement and Standard Operating Procedure of the company to achieve high operational work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and coordinate with internal/ external stakeholders for all Sales & Purchase Agreement matters, loan documents, billing, and collection on time.
  • Follow up on the collection of sales proceeds, sub-sales, refinance, utilities, vacant possession, and perfection of transfer as and when required.
  • Liaison with clients, solicitors, and end-financier to ensure smooth execution of sales and credit administration activities including proper legal documentation.
  • Close monitoring of all payments due in the ageing report is collected promptly.
  • Attending to the reconciliation matter or discrepancies the Finance Department raises promptly.
  • Maintain proper records and update files of all the purchases including data entry into eProDev.
  • Prepare relevant reports including billings, statements, reminders, payment receipts, purchaser’s file and other documentation on a timely basis.
  • Performs any other duties as directed by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience, preferably in property development or the construction industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery results.
  • High level of integrity, initiative and results-oriented.
  • High confidentiality in handling clients’ data.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
