Endorsement of Certificate of Origin (CO)

  • Assist in Certificate of Origin (CO) endorsement and counter reception services
  • Maintain proper records of endorsements made, as and when required
  • Key in data of CO and generate CO reports

Office & Equipment Maintenance

  • Assist in upkeep and monitoring housekeeping and maintenance of office facilities, meeting rooms, training rooms and office equipment
  • Maintenance of office files and utilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle over the counter enquiries
  • Collate and prepare for dispatch reports as and when required
  • Assist in FMM and FMM Institute activities
  • Other duties and task, as and when delegated by Head of Branch and immediate superiors

Job requirements

  • STPM or equivalent
  • at least 1 year working experience
  • Computer knowledge
  • Good in both speaking and writing in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Customer service oriented, proactive and a team player
  • Process valid driving license class D & B2
