SALES CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

• Maintains good relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Plan to ensure achievement personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
• Ensure sale targets are delivered through customer management, performance and individual recognition
• Provide good after sales service to ensure all clients are satisfy with our company service and product
• Maintain data relative to management, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
• Familiar with company products, operation process timely, company policy and keep yourself updated for all the above mentioned
• Work closely with operation team for all the confirmed project and make sure all work complete on time
• Ensure keep superior and management updated on all the status such as enquiry, awarded project, customer feedback and etc

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years sales experience
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience in handling project works will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of pricing structure and risk management
• Possess strong initiative with problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Able to adopt to into a fast-paced environment
• Sales-oriented personality
• Team player, mindful, flexible and good personality
