We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team, helping to fuel the growth of our business.

Position Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for growing Southkey Transport’s market share through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. The candidate should be adept in sales and marketing, with a focus on digital platforms. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about building relationships with clients and promoting cross-border services. We are especially interested in candidates who are aged between 20-40, as this reflects our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost customer acquisition for our cross-border transport services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Malay community in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and potential business partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and client proposals tailored to market needs.
  • Represent Southkey Transport at networking events and trade shows.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing efforts align with the company’s overall goals and branding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of cross-border travel between Malaysia and Singapore is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Willing to travel between Malaysia and Singapore as necessary.
