Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Malaysian / Spouse visa holder to join our Arabic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling back-end documentation tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing customers, drivers and partner’s information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately document and update customers, drivers and partner’s information in the system.

- Input and maintain data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Address and resolve documentation-related issues promptly and efficiently.

- Ensure all documentation meets company standards and compliance requirements.

- Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.

- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school/Diploma/Degree equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably with a focus on documentation.

- Proficiency in Arabic (read & write) and English.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with data entry and documentation software.
