Responsibilities:

  • Attend promptly to incoming and outgoing calls, mail/courier packages as well as visitors.
  • Handle and distribute all the incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and faxes to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure cleanliness is maintained at the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Provide general administrative support, filing & documentation.
  • To assist in procurement, typing, drafting and any other clerical function.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
