Responsibilities:
- Attend promptly to incoming and outgoing calls, mail/courier packages as well as visitors.
- Handle and distribute all the incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and faxes to the relevant departments.
- Ensure cleanliness is maintained at the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Provide general administrative support, filing & documentation.
- To assist in procurement, typing, drafting and any other clerical function.
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM qualification.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
