Account Executive

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Assist for day-to-day finance and accounting administration tasks. Maintain proper filing and accurate entry in the system. Assist in cash flow planning, budget, and variance. Handling all claims, petty cash, billing, and invoice. Liaise with internal and external party in regarding all kinds of payments updates and status. Assisting in monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies if any. Arranging and preparing payment transactions and cash collection. To perform document checking/follow up and accounting data entry. Responsible for handling AP/AR functions and assisting with month end financial reports. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks given from superior from time to time. Qualifications and Skills: Able to work under pressure and meet the dateline. Communication: Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
