Job Description:
Brand Leadership to Drive Growth
- Develop and lead brand strategy through insights analysis, marketing plans and total system economics to deliver volume, revenue share and profit growth.
- Synthesize data across multiple sources (Consumer, Company, Competitor, Customer and external) to develop insights to drive strategy.
Product Innovation and Commercialization
- Proactively identify, develop, prioritize and execute effective product, package and merchandising innovation to drive consumer-centric growth opportunities.
Advertising and Creative Development
- Identify the strategic objective to drive the required communication strategy.
- Manage all aspects of the creative development process to deliver highly effective communication that builds brand equity and drives growth and share.
Consumer Promotions/ In-store Merchandising
- Determine promotional and presence strategy, develop and execute promotions to meet brand, consumer and customer objectives.
- Flawless execution of initiative in term of budget, timing and communication.
Media Strategy and Execution
- Determine media objectives and strategies and manage execution of media elements that will maximize ROI from media investments.
- Determine appropriate integrated media mix to maximize effective reach.
Agency/ Supplier Management
- Develop effective integrated working relationship with all agencies involved on key brands (Packaging, Insight, Research, Strategy, Media, Creative and Digital).
- Manage, align and inspire key marketing agencies to develop consumer preferred and competitive advantages insights and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- At least 5-6 years of working experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Technically proficient in data analysis to gain insights for decisions.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage executed projects.
- Marketing strategy and brand planning skills.
- Ability to be highly organized yet adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities both quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
- Maturity to handle debates involving differences of opinion.
- A confident manner and the ability to influence and persuade.
- Digitally savvy in digital space (leveraging digital and social to solve business challenges).
