We are seeking dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator for hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Background Check Monitoring: Oversee requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Candidate Support: Assist candidates with document submission and updates.
  • Voice Support: Guide candidates and recruiters with recruitment-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive communication.

Standard Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Work from the office on Wednesdays (Sunway Office).
  • Work from home on other days (adequate internet access is required).
  • Flexibility to work in the office 5 days a week if needed.
  • Return to office may be required for business needs or client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
