PROJECT MANAGER (KEDAH)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and lead the site team for smooth timely task completion according to drawing and specifications
• Business minded, cost control, minimise wastage and prevent mismanagement and theft and machineries idling, maintain workers discipline
• Establish a excellent method of site work implementation to liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and supplier
• Establish, record and maintain a full set of project documentation
• Ensure that projects are complying with any construction drawings, safety standards, specifications, high quality of works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or 8 years working experience for those having qualification SPM, Certificate from college , or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent
• Preferable for those experience in water structure construction and hospital is advantages
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in building construction
• Good knowledge of building works, M & E works coordination
• Immediate report duty is preferable
• Able to work outstation & travel
