Admin Clerk (Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

Main task is to assist & support the Sales & Marketing Executives in daily operations

  • Data entry into system.
  • Generate data from system for reports.
  • Follow up on supply chain coordination with Logistic.
  • Assist in sales & marketing report.
  • Ensure proper document filing.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Admin / clerical work.
  • Sound Microsoft software knowledge especially on Excel.
  • Reasonable command of English language.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal & presentation skill.
