Job Summary:
Hoppi Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our personal care products within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of the FMCG market, and a proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies across online channels like social media, email, website, and e-commerce platforms to promote personal care products effectively.

  • Manage advertising campaigns, handling budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking to optimize ROI and meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and creative to ensure digital marketing efforts align with brand objectives and product launches.
  • Conduct market analysis, studying consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and revenue attribution, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation while leading and mentoring a team to foster a high-performing culture.

  • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
      Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the FMCG industry and personal care products preferred.
    • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with measurable results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese (both speaking and writing) is highly desirable.
    • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
