Candidates must possess a Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics fields.
At least 5 years of QC process in Manufacturing Environments.
Leading the QC processes of IQC,IPQC and OQC of Injection Molding. Assist QC Executive to lead the IPQC of Rail Assembly and Cable Assembly.
To lead the related QC team and ensure they are comply with HR rules and regulations as well as to ensure they well understand their related QC Process and action taken when finding quality issues.
Provide guidance and instructions to all related QC staff to perform the task.
Ensure all the parts, materials and Finish Good are meeting customer requirements.
To ensure all the documents for running production are updated and complete.
Work closely with production department of the process and Quality Improvement.
Monitor and sort out the items that fail to meet the quality standards and enhance the production process to reduce the chances of failure.
To manage the supplier Non Conformance and Customer Non Conformance.
To perform additional job as required by superior.
Good English in report writing especially on corrective action/dealing with supplier.
Basic knowledge on ISO 9001: 2015
Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
Self motivate and task orientated.
