  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a focus on Sales Representation Management and Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of our sales representatives, developing and implementing effective training programs, and ensuring that our sales strategies align with overall business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure that sales representatives adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to incorporate into training sessions.
  • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Develop sales plans and forecasts in conjunction with senior management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide input on product development and positioning based on market feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, training progress, and market analysis.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, training sessions, and representative performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English due to business needs.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with own transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
