  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and propose actions to counter them.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms of sale, and service agreements with clients.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and profitable, while meeting client needs.
  • Work closely with the operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to maximize sales opportunities across regions.
  • Stay updated on the company’s product portfolio and services.
  • Provide clients with detailed product information, ensuring they understand the benefits and quality of the products offered.
  • We are prepared to offer a salary range of RM3,500 to RM7,000, depending on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.

Requirement:

Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be advantages

Strong understanding of the F&B market, with an ability to tap into industry trends and networks. Will be advantages

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong business acumen with an understanding of market trends.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.

Preferably Experience in the F&B industry will be considered an advantage, especially in selling to restaurants, hotels, cafes, and catering companies (HoReCa).
