Job Description

Your role, as PROCESSING OFFICER, includes the following:

  • Supporting our consultants and counsellors with processing our client’s applications.
  • Liaising with clients to obtain documents and materials in support of their applications.
  • Accurately process and complete application documents.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to our consultants.
  • Taking instructions from and promptly report to our manager or consultants.
  • Requirements

    • You must have minimum 3 years’ experience in work experience is required in the clerical, human resources or administrative works.
    • It is preferred if you have a degree in law or worked as a lawyer.
    • Strong command in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) as you will be liasing with client from China directly.
    • Be confident with good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • You must have excellent research, drafting and writing skills.
    • Strong attention to details is important.
    • Be able to drive matters forward with your strong intellect, commercial acumen and ethical standard.
    • Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline.
    • Must be self-organised and able to prioritize tasks allocated to you.
    • Above all, you MUST have excellent working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility and a good team player.
