  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct daily monitoring of distribution trucks movement via real-time track and trace system.
  • Ensure orders are planned accurately daily according to customers requirement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity of operation.
  • Actively communicate with internal/external parties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain data flow accuracy between systems (WMS, TMS).
  • Conceive new and improved analytics models and work on existing data gathering and analytics tools, to ensure thorough visibility across the operational spectrum of transportation
  • ALWAYS be alert on the critical issues (accident/hijack) and ensure update the related stakeholders on-time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or related field.
  • MUST have least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Transportation and Distribution industry.
  • Proficient in Fleet Management software and system (Oracle Transport Management or equivalent).
  • Ability to gather data and perform analytical and visualization using software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to work in flexible schedule independently, multitask and ad-hock task when required.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Have good leadership and time management skills.
