Important Information
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience: Relevant 4 years and above
Job Mode: Full-time Contract
Work Mode: On-site
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Pega components, including flows, user interfaces, and integrations.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Document development processes, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Stay updated on Pega platform developments and enhancements to ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Pega applications as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong development experience for both mid-level and senior. (Java and OOPs)
- Hands on configuration and working understanding of BPM.
- Experience on Pega PRPC (8.x versions) and Frameworks
- Product Experience Pega SFA( Saleasforce Automation) & Pega CS (customer service)
- In-Depth knowledge of Pega Integration with 3rd party tools.
- Advanced SQL knowledge is highly desirable
- Pega Systems Certified Business /System Architect (CSSA) – Good to have
