Responsible

• Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, sales and profit target for the store
• Manage and oversees smooth daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with Standard of Operations
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure the restaurant complies with all hygiene and food safety regulations
• Create and maintain effective store displays
• Operate the POS cash register and handle various types of payments
• Involve in investigation of issues relating to customer feedbacks on service and product quality
• Provide coaching and support to the team to develop a high performance team
• Oversee both kitchen and service crew to ensure smooth coordination and communication
• Manage staff attendance and scheduling
• Analyze data to identify trends and make improvements
• Minimize expenses and maximize profitability
• Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned
• Communicate with Internal Japanese Staff

Requirement

• Languages: Japanese(spoken N2 level) and English
• 1 year working experience in the Retail/F&B/Restaurant industry.
• MS office skill( Excel, Word and Power point).
• Able to work on a rotating shift
• Founding member of new restaurant or stores. (Advantage)
• Working experience in Japanese restaurant. (Advantage)
