Executive, Quality Assurance (APMCC)

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize activity with customers to ensure product warranty & complaint issue solve.
• Manage incoming and in progress rejection include liaise with supplier for defective part.
• To monitor warranty trend and solve warranty issue.
• To manage internal and external defective parts.
• Implement and maintain IATF16949 quality system.
• Continues improvement for better product quality.
• To prepare warranty and quality monthly report.
• Facilitate meeting with customer and internal for continues improvement.

Job Requirements :-

• Hold a Bachelor/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials or equivalent.
• Possess a minimum 1-2 years working experience in Quality Control, preferably in Automotive Sector.
• CAD Software Solid work basic.
• Basic PLC programming knowledge.
• Lean production manufacturing knowledge.
• Demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Possess a good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display to willingness to learn, be proactive, resilient and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
