JOB DESCRIPTION (S):

To explore and identify new potential customers;
To actively follow up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner;
To effectively handling the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints);
To coordinate with the respective team to ensure timely delivery;
To create good rapport with customers, maintaining and retaining existing customers;
To entertain queries, advising clients, provide close follow up and ensure follow through with customers on sales and all relevant matters;
To achieve the monthly and yearly sales target;
To monitor on collection of payments; and
To perform cold calls and follow-up leads to create new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Working experience in Manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Possessed good communication and interpersonal skills and committed work attitude.
Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Car allowance & Mobile sim will be provided.
Working days/hours : Monday to Friday
