Responsibilities :

1. Lead Management:
- Respond promptly to all WhatsApp leads and inquiries.
- Engage with potential clients to provide information about dental services.
- Actively work to convert leads into bookings and secure appointments.

2. Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Address client questions and concerns effectively to build trust.
- Meet or exceed monthly booking and sales targets.

3. Social Media and Online Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Engage with followers on social media to increase brand awareness and encourage bookings.
- Provide prompt, informative, and friendly responses to all social media interactions.

4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Requirement:

• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Candidate possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in Sales or related field is required for this position
• Good communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is advantage
• Required Skill in Presentation, Customer Service, Problem Solving, & Negotiation
• Can work independently with minimum supervision, confident and self-motivated in sales driven
• Be able to work under pressure and handle stress.
• Sales driven in order to hit the sales target given.
