Oversee the operations of the shipping department, ensuring efficient coordination, timely deliveries, and compliance with all regulatory and company standard.

Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of Food Safety Management System (FSSC).
Support management report and proposal dateline.
To ensure that the established processes of QMS are implemented and maintained including planning and conducting internal audits.
