Position Overview : As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's visibility and engagement through dynamic video contents. You will be the face of our company and responsible for creating engaging material that resonates with our audience. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills and a passion for digital media.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Hosting and Front Face of Brand Awareness Videos :

  • Act as the main host for brand awareness videos, embodying the company’s product and service.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that capture the audience's attention and promote company recognition.

2. New Contents Brainstorming :

  • Collaborate with team to generate innovative ideas for new content that aligns with our marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to ensure relevance and impact.

3. Scripting for New Video Productions :

  • Develop compelling scripts for video shoots, ensuring clarity and engagement while conveying the intended message.
  • Edit and revise scripts based on feedback to maximize effectiveness.

4. Coordination on Video Shoots with our Content Creator :

  • Work closely with our Content Creator and relevant teams during video shooting sessions.
  • Provide inputs on visual storytelling techniques to enhance the overall production quality.

5. Event Hosting (Online/Physical) :

  • Work as the host for both physical and online events, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere between the company and the audience.
  • Facilitate interactions and keep the audience engaged throughout the event.

6. Conducting Interviews with IB/Clients :

  • Handle interview sessions the IB/Clients to gather insights and create informative content.
  • Prepare questions in advance and guide discussions to elicit valuable responses.

7. Live Announcements (Promoting/Company Updates) :

  • Go live on various platforms to share new announcements and company updates, fostering real-time interaction with the audience.
  • Utilize these opportunities to strengthen community engagement and build company loyalty.


Starting Salary : $1000 per month.


Requirements :

  • Age 18 - 30 years old.
  • Preferably can start immediately.
  • After the phone screening, if you are selected for a physical interview, you will need to submit two videos (30 seconds each video) and the detailed instructions will be provided to you via email.
  • At least 6 months of related experience or background in financial industry will be added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa).
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Understanding OBS Control will be added as advantage.
